Join us for a free Advance Care Planning Workshop hosted by the Alberta Northwest Palliative Care Society.
This session is a valuable learning opportunity for adults of all ages, including seniors, adult children, family members, caregivers, and anyone who wants to better understand how to plan ahead for future health care decisions.
